WORKERS SOLIDARITY SEES NO BORDER

ABOUT US

Workers Without Borders (WWB) is a non-profit organization established in 2021 by a team of independent trade unionists, labour rights activists, and researchers. WWB sees no border in international labour movement and is dedicated to promoting international solidarity among workers, improving labour rights, and eliminating all forms of labour exploitation to all four corners of the world.

We provide specialized support for organizations and individuals to coordinate labour rights education, capacity-building activities and programs; and conduct thematic labour policy researches, on topics spanning from movement building, the right to collective bargaining, elimination of all forms of discrimination in workplace, climate change, and just transition.

Our Service

Labour Rights Education

WWB provides comprehensive tools and materials in both digital and physical formats for union/workers educational purposes on core labour rights such as the rights to freedom to form and join a union, freedom from discrimination at work and to collective bargaining.

Capacity-building

Conducted by a team of small but experienced trade union activists, WWB organizes training workshops and provides consultancy services to enhance rights awareness, organizational and team building capacity among team members within your institution.

Research

WWB supports institutions and individuals to conduct small-scale research on labour rights and labour policies on issues such as fair renumerations, occupational health and safety, the rights to collective bargaining and freedom of association, or tailor made to your specific needs.
